1 — What Fetchy is
Fetchy is a non-custodial interface to public blockchains. We help you express buy and sell intents in plain English, plan and simulate the resulting transactions, and route them to your own wallet for signing. We do not custody your assets, we do not execute trades on your behalf without your explicit confirmation, and we are not a broker, dealer, exchange, money transmitter, or financial advisor.
2 — Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. We block signup from a small set of jurisdictions where comprehensive sanctions apply; our list is conservative and may change.
3 — No advice
Anything our agent says is information, not advice. You make the call on every confirm. Past performance, on-chain or off, never predicts future results.
4 — Risk you assume
Crypto is volatile. Smart contracts can have bugs. Wallets can be compromised. Networks can re-org. Liquidity can evaporate. By using Fetchy you agree that you alone bear the risk of every transaction you sign. We provide simulation, allowlists, sanctions filtering, and pool-depth checks as best-effort safeguards — not guarantees. See the risk disclosure for detail.
5 — Your responsibilities
- Keep your wallet secret. Never paste your private key into anything that asks for it.
- Verify every confirm. The action card shows what we'll dispatch — read it.
- Don't use Fetchy for illegal activity. If you're sanctioned by OFAC or your jurisdiction prohibits this, leave.
6 — Service availability
We aim for high uptime but we don't promise it. Maintenance, upstream outages (Privy, our chain RPCs, third-party aggregators), and network conditions can interrupt service.
7 — Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fetchy is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost crypto, arising from or related to your use of Fetchy.
8 — Termination + deletion
You can delete your account from Settings → Account at any time. Deletion removes your profile, watchers, and action history from our database in a single transaction and best-effort deletes your Privy account upstream. Your on-chain assets are unaffected — they live with your wallet, not us.
9 — Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes get a banner in the app and an email to your verified address.
